======== Seems to be fixed in v 6.9.1 which just dropped.
First click on "Activate" button gets the popup title bar blinking. Second click changes the button to "Deactivate", popup title bar keeps blinking. "Deactivate" button seems to work as expected.
It appears a "mouseUp" might be missing in the "Activate" button on the initial click.
If I'm alone in this, let me know and I'll reinstall.

(Oddly reminiscent of the "Flatten" vs "Flatten All" button issue.)
