Mobile session persistence issue (Rithmic)

I'm using MW mobile on Android and there seems to be a persistence issue with the session. I'll exit the app on my phone but not close it entirely, when I return to it and I'm prompted to log in again, the previous session must not have ended with Rithmic because it kicks my other session (Ninjatrader8) out due to too many logins (I have subscribed to a second session count) so I have to assume its not fully exited the previous session before prompting to log in again. Is there a way to make sure it has closed the prior session when you go to the login screen or some way to make sure it had closed the prior session before logging in again?
