I am trying to connect my new Topstep account to MotiveWave. I am using a Mac. Anytime I try and connect my account or even my Ironbeam broker account this message pops up: "Market Data Connection Login Failed. Please contact the FCM/IB who issued your login id for assistance motivewave". I can't seem to find an answer anywhere. It is Sunday night in Canada so maybe that is the problem but I don't see why that would be the issue. Any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks!
