Error logging in since three days ago (after latest update)

Error showing when logging in, started three days ago.

Help, note username and password is correct and working on other platforms such as ninja trader and TradeStation

i did three days no response,usually response fast 1 day ,are they on holiday or ?

I would go back to the previous version & make sure you make a backup while you wait to hear back. Sometimes they are fast & every once in a while it does take them a few days.
