Connection issue

Every time i try to connect MW to an DATA service this error massage pups up.
I tried everything with different Services and even founded connections but nothing helps.
Has anyone ever had this problem cause i really dont know what to do. Support said i have to contact the data Service but as i said i have this problem even if i try founded connections or many different data services.

Support at motivewave would give you a run around and never get the issue fixed. its a great platofrm but thier data connection service can be crappy. i had this issue with IB and chat is not updating up to current tick with the new data provider.
Suprisely they dont see an issue with that which is actullay not supprising LOL
 
Can you connect over rtrader to your rithmic account? It has to be settings or your broker. MW works flawless with both connections.

I'm using both myself without any issues.
