Bar colour when price closes above/below MA (EMA,HMA,SMA)

I would like to request ability to colour price bars when closing above/below a MA (EMA,HMA,SMA).

I believe I can help

Add a MA to your chart (I chose EMA for this example) and click on the second tab 'Advanced'



EDIT: I only grasped half of the problem. MW's solution only colors the bars depending on the slope of the line / indicator / MA. The request made by the OP would require custom coding (but is certainly possible)

Spin is correct, the bar color is based off the MA slope.

I will add a request to color based on bar close above/below MA line.
