MotiveWave is currently integrating a Support Ticket system with a dedicated support team that will answer your support ticket request electronically. This has proven to be the most efficient and fastest way to respond to our members so that you are never put on hold or sent to a voicemail system. If your support request cannot be resolved electronically, a member of our support team will contact you by phone. Before submitting a Support Ticket, we recommend that you review the other Help and Support Resources above to make sure the answer to your question isn’t already there.

 

*Please NOTE: If you require assistance from MotiveWave Support, please expect a 12-24 hour turnaround time on your support requests. Our dedicated support team will answer your support request in the order that it was received, so please do not submit more than one support request for the same issue.
